W-2 or compliant 1099 from day 1. Boston employment attorney engaged before the first paid job; structure reviewed against the MA Independent Contractor Statute.
Risk 02 · Acquisition Google LSA approval (2–6 weeks)
Apply Week 1, parallel paths in place. Organic SEO and direct contractor outreach are live fallbacks; landing pages are already indexed for “leaf removal Cambridge.”
Risk 03 · Pricing Satellite pricing ±15% on complex properties
